The Holiday inn and Suites Surrey is committed to providing a fully accessible hotel for all guests, including those with special accessibility requirements. Our accessibility features throughout the hotel include wide entrance ways, doorways, and hallways, power doors at main entrance, elevator access to all floors, fully accessible bar and restaurant on main level.

Accessible guest rooms are available upon request and must be booked in advance. These rooms include; dual door peepholes at wheelchair height and dual door latches, accessible bathrooms including grab bars, handheld showerhead and ample space. Adjoining rooms available for companions. Transfer bench and TTY/TDD Kit available upon request at no charge.

 Accessible rooms require advance booking. Please contact our front desk at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival, in order to ensure availability of optional equipment.
